Rinse before use and dry thoroughly. Preheat oven to 350F, and place stone in the oven to heat for 10 minutes. Don't put basket in the oven. Handle the stone with caution and place it in the basket. For optimal results, wrap food in a towel before placing in the warmer. To clean, simply rinse with water (not dishwasher safe). Kaisa is a hardy wild grass, which changes from light green to beige as it dries. Artisans collect the grass from riverbanks during monsoon season, leaving the roots to regrow for next year.
