To use: rinse before first use and dry, preheat oven to 350°F, place stone in oven for 10 mins. Be careful when handling it, and place in basket. To get the best results, wrap food in a towel and place in warmer. Clean with water--not dishwasher safe.

Kaisa is a sturdy wild grass that transitions from light green to an almost-tan hue when dried. Artisans harvest it from riverbanks seasonally, leaving roots for regrowth. Crafted by women in Bangladesh, these baskets provide fair wages, secure working conditions, and training in additional techniques.
